The Creation Of Brookswood Powerwashing

In 2012 We originally created Brookswood Landscaping. We soon came to realize after a lot of success getting jobs, that we were doing more powerwashing than landscaping jobs. We specialized in mobile hot water powerwashing, we were only one of few that offered this service at the time.

In 2013 We rebranded into Brookswood Powerwashing…. Until 2023, When we closed down to go full time marketing to help businesses like you.

Reviews

Back in 2012, the average local company had 1-3 google reviews as marketing was mostly word of mouth and “Old School” business practices were still prevalent.

Scaling to end of 2023, The digital real estate and importance of reviews became important where franchises and brands grew having over 100+ reviews using software and other techniques to achieve so many reviews.

I left with 13 reviews, which was still ranking 3-4 highest compared to any other competitors. As the other general competitors had about 5 review at most.

YouTube Journey

We started a video youtube campaign in 2015. In this era We were ranking top 3 for my services on google within a day from a freshly edited posted video.

Before the modern day norm for companies to make branded video, I was already doing it! A lot of the videos were custom made on site before AI and good cell phones.

This means to create video content was extremely challenging.

We amassed 54 videos, Not including the hidden videos on Our youtube account. With up to 50,000 Views up to date and counting.
